Are you afraid of change?

I am. But I’m even more scared not to change.

Hi [First Name],

It’s been a while.

I disappeared a little, first for a much-needed break in the South of France, then for two weeks of being sick once I was back in Berlin. ☹️

I visited Montpellier and Avignon, both new to me, and, as life would have it, I met up one of my previous clients there.

We ended up having one of those long, honest conversations that linger for days after.

We talked about change.

Are you scared of change?

I am.
But I’m even more scared not to change.

Over the last 12 years, I’ve built communities and products around women, leadership, and innovation technologies. I’ve seen again and again how much the world, and work keeps shifting.

We’re living through one of the most uncertain job markets ever.
The truth? What we learned in school didn’t prepare us for this.

When I started working in AI startup back in 2016, we were still asking, “When will this ever really work for us?”

Less than 10 years later, we’re living with LLMs and generative AI changing how we create, communicate, and even think.

If I’ve learned anything from being in innovation, it’s that adaptation is everything.

What I’m seeing lately

So many friends, clients, and women in my network are standing at a crossroads:

  • Some are ready to go independent.

  • Some want to strengthen their positioning inside their company.

  • Others are simply trying to figure out what’s next.

And here’s the thing, we don’t have to navigate this alone.

Why I’m rebuilding community

Few years ago, I took over two amazing Facebook groups, one with 3k women and another with 5k but I never had enough time to further build it
Now, I’m bringing them together under one shared mission:

To turn uncertainty into opportunity.

This time I built with one of my previous client Izumi, who we met also after our online coaching in Cape Town. (Yes, I am the kind of coach who travels around to meet my clients)

This is for women who:

  • Want to upgrade both their mindset and skillset

  • Are ready to position themselves powerfully in the new world of work

  • Believe in the power of community and collaboration

  • Know that borders physical or mental shouldn’t define them

We’ve built an Advantage Mindset Framework to help you uncover your unfair advantage and position yourself with confidence.

This Week’s Reflection

Think back to a time when change found you before you were ready for it.
How did you respond? Resist or

Sometimes the biggest shifts start quietly with one small choice to say yes instead of not yet.

Micro Action: Adapt in Motion

This week, pick one area where you’ve been avoiding change — maybe it’s your work routine, your visibility, or your self-story.

Write down:

“If I weren’t afraid, I would ________.”

Then take one tiny action that moves you a step closer to that version of you.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be in motion.

Want to join us?

Our very first No Limit Circle is happening this Thursday at 6PM, and I’d love for you to be part of it.

Come as you are, no need any prep.

Community is powerful.
Everyone is looking for a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported while they rise.

Let’s build that together.

Until next time,
Irene
